We started adding our events for 2025! I will keep you updated with details as we draw closer.

You'll see us at some old favorites and new places this upcoming season. We will be operating in Minnesota from April 15th-November 9th, 2025. We still have dates available for booking. Send all inquiries to Attention: Shannon at [email protected]

Holy Moly, what a year!!!

We want to thank everyone that showed up to support us, all of the fantastic event staff coordinators and businesses that invited us in. You made our first year out a success!

We took a break over the holidays to focus on family and friends and are now getting back to to it.

We are booking events for the upcoming 2025 season. We'll be back at some of our favorite places and hopefully trying out some new ones. If you've got an event in mind please reach out at [email protected].

We are using up the last of our fresh herbs. I'm already day dreaming about what seeds to try out next year 🌱

Our thyme and parsley held on to the bitter, cold end!

With a little pre-planning and some winterizing, we've managed to turn all of our thyme, orange thyme, oregano & sage into perennials. It's fun to watch them return to life each Spring, revitalized from their long winter nap

We went in for a steamer and came out with a few extra goodies....but when your favorite store has a fresh shipment of blue crabs, you get some! Thank you Asian Food Store for the delicious dinner!

You can't have a proper crab boil without Old Bay, but we decided to do it Heimstead style. A spin on an old classic with a little kick. Keep an eye out, we're thinking it would be a nice addition for our Chef's Pantry 😉

Like our mouse huntress and laying hens, we too have been taking a much needed break

Tuna caught 2 moles and a mouse this summer and the chickens provided fresh eggs and a bug free backyard

We want to thank everyone who made our first full season a success!!!!!

We are getting the trailer prepared for over winter storage...but the work doesn't stop there! We'll be spending the next few months testing out recipes, breaking in new equipment and developing new Chef's Pantry products

Stay tuned to follow our winter shenanigans. There is never a dull moment at Heimstead ❤️

Trav injured his shoulder and is currently not able to lift his arm. If we can get it sorted, we might still be able to make it to the Halloween party at at Thesis tonight. Please check back for updates

We are bummed to miss out on the last outdoor market of the year! Hopefully you'll see more of us there next year 🤞😄

We will be at Garten Marketplatz Perennial Farms again today from 11am-5pm. Come get your breakfast burritos!

**We will be taking a little break next week to join our family on vacation, so the next chance to come see us will be Thursday, October 24th at Thesis Beer Project for Trivia**

Mark your calendars! We're bringing fun fall fare to Garten Marketplatz Perennial Farms this Saturday and Sunday for Salem Township's Fall Festival!

 3 rural neighboring businesses got together and decided to throw a fun fall festival for the whole family to enjoy! Our 3 businesses will hold fun activities at each of our businesses throughout the weekend.
