We can’t stop smiling either! 💫 The funky summer vibes at First Alliance Credit Union’s 90th Birthday Bash were on point. This was such an amazing night for an awesome CU and it’s members. Congratulations to the entire team at FACU on this incredible milestone! 🎉

We had the pleasure of working with City of Rochester, MN Government to plan a community engagement series called “Meet the Station Artists” last November! 🚌

The Link Rapid Transit Project is a proposed 2.8-mile bus rapid transit (BRT) route along 2nd Street SW that will connect downtown Rochester, the Mayo Civic Center, Mayo Clinic campuses, and the Waterfront Southeast.

The goal was to connect the station artists to the public to gain feedback on conceptual designs, as well as learn what they want to see and experience while they ride. Name a better place than Cafe Aqui and Sargent's Gardens Inc. to have a conversation over empanadas. ☕️🌿💫

We are thrilled to be collaborating with the City of Rochester, MN Government's Community Development team to plan a *FUN* outdoor community engagement series discussing key topics and redevelopments to the Unified Development Code (UDC). The UDC is a guiding document that regulates zoning, subdivision, and development ordinances in Rochester.

👉👉👉We are currently seeking Rochester, MN Food Trucks, pop-up vendors, and mobile food units to participate in Downtown Days and Neighborhood Week; there are currently six dates available.

Summer is flying by and we’ve been busy! ☀️🚐

We feel fortunate to be working with the City of Rochester, MN Government Community Development team to coordinate engagement efforts for the Unified Development Code rewrite, a once in a generation project that will simplify and update development standards in . 👋 Hello 👋 to a greener, healthier, and happier place to call home.

Neighborhood Week was co-developed as a family-friendly, four-event series to activate a city park within each quadrant of the city. Each event featured food trucks or a local business, the RNeighbors games trailer, and an opportunity for residents to learn, share interactive feedback, and connect directly with planners. It was a blast developing a brand around NW and brainstorming how to increase the approachability of the content through accessible and relevant communication strategies.
