We are already obsessed 🫶 with this collaboration from Oak Park Brewing Co and our friend & favorite guest speaker Celeste Beatty of Harlem Brew South
AND
THE FIRST ☝️Female African American to OWN a brewery🍺 in the USA🇺🇸

Here's the kicker: If you can't taste the disparity, then why should it exist in their paychecks? 🚫💸

On this National Equal Pay Day, we are reminded that “[w]omen earn an average of 16% less📉 than men. For every dollar💵 earned by men, women earned 84 cents.”🤯

In April 1933, she helped make headlines by announcing the return of beer 📰 & that would serve it in the White House again! 🍾🎉🍻

This groundbreaking News ELEVATED the professional standing of newspaperwomen, as every 🗞️newspaper had to use woman's article on the BIG announcement. 📣

Cheers to those "newspaper girls" and HOORAY for this historical
