The place that gave me the confidence to grow as a photographer. The place that introduced me to so many people who are now some of my close friends. The place that allowed me to be creative and truly believe in myself. The place that allowed me to provide the gift of memories. The place that allowed me to show women how incredibly beautiful they were inside and outside with boudoir photography. The place that allowed me to transition into full time. The place that gave me hope and peace. The place I always felt myself in. The place that truly brings me sobbing to tears because it’s so hard to say goodbye. My studio meant so much to me. This might seem over the top to some, and that’s okay, but to me I poured my heart into this small space. I poured a lot of creativity, hard work, sacrifices, time and hours. It’s breaking my heart to leave, but it is time for my next adventure. Huge believer in when one door closes, another one opens. So cheers to new beginnings within my business and cheers to old adventures as well. You’ll be missed little studio 🍾✨

I’m off to Cancun until Monday!! I’m back in office on Tuesday and will reply to everyone then! Until then, I plan to relax and spend time with my bff’s sipping piña colada’s for the next few days 🤙🏻

I found out today that I’ll be featured in Manns Jewelry Magazine that is published to 17,000 people. I have butterflies and tears because I’m so proud of myself and the hard work I’ve done and sacrifices I’ve made to get to this point. Normalize being proud of yourself and sharing it with your people. Exciting news should be celebrated so I can’t wait to see my work in another magazine 🥰❤️✨

I quit my job on Monday, flew out to Oregon Monday night and now living my dream life I’ve worked so hard to create for myself. You could say I’m doing just fine 🤘🏻🌿✈️

Happy 2 year anniversary to my pride and joy. The place I go to in order to feel like myself and inspired. The place that I’ve captured countless memories in and given people the gift of memories. The place that feels safe to people to open up with me and let their insecurities go. The place that truly makes me smile and feel calm when I enter. My studio. It’s been a journey and I that I used to dream about. I still have to pinch myself to make sure it’s actually real and it’s mine. You see it all over social media, the over saturated market of photographers. However, that shouldn’t intimidate you if you’ve been on the fence of starting your own business. Hell - any business for that matter. It’s so true when they say there isn’t a “you” out there and that’s why this business is so wonderful. Yes there’s a million of us doing photography, but there’s only one YOU who makes a difference. Your creativity and vision is much different than any other persons vision and that’s what makes this market so damn fun. I’m constantly inspired by other photographers and cheer them on behind this little screen of mine. So just stop waiting and just do it. You never know where it’ll take you if just keep thinking about it 🥰

Happy 2022 🎉 This year for me is full of weddings + beautiful sessions. But also this year is all about taking time for myself too and making time for life outside of work. The last few years have been nothing but amazing, but also have been 60-70+ work weeks for me. It takes a toll on you in all aspects of your life, so this year some changes are happening! 1. I’ll be working and answering messages 9-5 Monday through Friday. Unless it is something urgent, I will be getting back to messages the next business day. 2. I am taking Sundays off!! Once wedding season picks back up for me, it’s nonstop go go go. I need a day to relax and spend time with family and friends for sure. 3. Making my mental health a priority. Staying present and not worrying so much about what I can’t control. Going to therapy, seeing friends more and more, taking little weekend trips, practicing yoga or catching up on sleep. They seem simple, but it’s a goal of mine that will disconnect me from work and make sure I’m the best for myself and all of you wonderful people! 4. I’ll be opening my studio up more for other creatives to come and do sessions. I love connecting with others and being able to be creative with you so please reach out if you are looking for some studio space! We can chat all details then! 5. Switch up my business a little bit. I’ve always been interested in videography so this year I’ll be playing with it quite a bit in hopes to offer a package in the future! I’m excited for the year and definitely looking forward to working with new and prior clients. I’m excited to travel and continue to do what I love so much. I’m excited to focus on my mental health and take time to relax outside of work. 2022 I’m sure will have its challenges, but I’m looking forward to overcoming them and becoming even better 🍾

October is my most favorite month and Halloween is and has always been one of my favorites too! I was pumped when @alaynaruff agreed to do a couples Halloween session with me! Being able to step out of my comfort zone and be super creative with Alayna and Justin was much fun and refreshing.
