Meal Prep with a Purpose

We are Meals by DeLeo, Rochester’s Local, Expertly Prepared Meal Service.

At age 38, Jason DeLeo was a type 2 diabetic, who slept with a sleep apnea mask and was on every medication he unfortunately had to be on in his condition. Something needed to change, especially as a father of four. He knew he could, and has had a passion for food his whole life. So, he started meal prepping for himself; fresh, local, macro-balanced, delicious meals.

Using food as his medicine, Jason was able to get off all medications, lose his unhealthy amount of excess weight, and even participated in a bodybuilding competition.

He knows he can help you. Whether it’s only to relieve some stress and tension through your week by eliminating the need to make or pick up food, or focus on your health to make a massive change, we are here for you.
