Susan P made a delicious Square Pizza. Shrimp, Roasted Peppers, Red Sauce and 5 Cheeses. This is delicious. Put chili crisp on top, served with Wild Arugula and Cashew Salad. Oh am I happy.

I love Chinese Lo Mein- Tofu, spinach, bok choy, eggplant, zucchini, cashew, basil, and carrots with sauce. I added my favorite, Crispy Chili. I added a sauce, broth, black bean sauce, Hoisin, soy, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil. I just love this.

I switched gears tonight and I'm going for Indian food. Started with onion, garlic and ginger. I sautéed and added the spices garam marsala, turmeric, amchour powder, and black mustard seed. Then I sautéed and added whole tomatoes, grated coconut, and cashew nuts. After that I added my cooked potatoes, zucchini and carrot. I cooked everything for 10 more minutes. Then I added some plain yogurt. It's different than anything I have made. I do like the new flavor.

I am posting a delicious Lentil Tomato Vegetable Soup. I really appreciate this hearty soup. Please stop by Plunketts for a soup lesson. I will definetly be eating this soup all day. Also be happy to sell you some for your freezer.

I tell my FB friends when I make pasta or rice I make enough to last a bunch of days. I took the penne pasta from Saturdays dinner and sauteed, onion, spinach, garlic, mushrooms, wine and zucchini. Added black pitted calamata olives,diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and and a little sugar. I added my cooked turkey meatballs and then my pasta. I sauteed till everything was coded real well and voila. Added my grated Asiago. Took a picture. Now the fun part.

Tonight's late dinner is soy sausage from Trader Joe's, garlic, onions, tomato paste and broth, cilantro, white beans and pasta. I sprinkled with cheese and going to add something spicy. Why not add my chili crisp.
