Thank you to Conifer Realty for introducing us to our local 40&8 Club on University Ave!

The Forty & Eight is an honor society of American Veterans. Founded in 1920 by WWI Veterans, the group's theme plays on the common experience of Soldiers traveling to battle in French boxcars.

Each boxcar was stenciled with a “40/8”, denoting its capacity to hold either forty men or eight horses.

Tasteful Events proudly DONATED several hundred meals to the front lines of our local hospitals this week...I am humbled to say we were happy to contribute to all of these heroes. This is one response that made my DAY / WEEK!!!!!:

"Hi Kevin!! It was perfect!!!! We were able to spread the meals out among more than 50 people and we fed our entire C shift environmental services staff who work very hard to get these rooms cleaned and turned over quickly. They were very appreciative."
