Designing bouquets are one of my favorite floral elements for a wedding. It is one of the most photographed florals on your wedding day.

The gorgeous looked absolutely stunning holding her beautiful bouquet that included sweet pea, ranunculus, tulips and white garden roses.

Sip & Snip Floral Class

My 1st but definitely not last floral class was PHENOMENAL!!!!! It was a dream of mine to share my love of flowers, food and sisterhood. My attendees blessed me immensely.

It was bigger than flowers. God totally showed up. At least two attendees traveled over 2 hours to support me. That is mind blowing. I went to sleep on Friday night with 4 students and 7 showed up on yesterday. The number 7 means completion. I have been in a difficult season for the last 2+ years. On this journey called life sometimes I need to be reminded that God can do great things with small numbers. At the end of class one of the attendees formed a prayer circle and prayed. God truly showed up.

I apologize to my other two students for not being able to find their picture. I promise to edit this post and add them. This is a new beginning for me and I am looking forward to what God has in store for me.

Creating A Beautiful Space In This Uncertain Universe!!

Sometimes in the middle of this florist life, being an entrepreneur and trying to balance life it can be overwhelming. Deadlines, emails, navigating social media, searching for your ideal client, the list goes on and on.

But something happens when I pick up a flower. As my creativity begins to flow, I smile when no one is around, joy overflows and life seems less stressful. I know I am doing what I am supposed to be doing. I am truly grateful for the gift of flowers. A small woman owned business with BIG dreams and expectations for growth and success.

This was me October 2018. I am a Type A personality. I like to plan everything to the last detail. I decided in March of 2018 to take “The Kesh Experience” Floral Class. I was working in a secure job as a dental hygienist but I knew that the creative side of me was restless and unfulfilled. The photo above is me at my first styled shoot. I spent most of my savings but I was determined to make it. I want to thank Aaron and Danita for taking a chance on me when all I had was a dream of being an event designer and florist. That was the day YH Wedding and Events was born.

God has carried me through this roller coaster of life as an entrepreneur. I know his hand is on my life. On the very same day in October of 2019, I had my first wedding at that same venue and I drove up in my brand new box truck with my logo on it. Only God. I am grateful for every client that booked me for their wedding and special events.

Every year I continue to study with some of nation’s top floral designers so that I can offer my clients the best.
