It's that time of the year again. The summer is almost over, football season is upon us, and JamBa Hoops is selling chicken dinners to raise money to fight cancer!!!
A portion of these proceeds go to families in Fort Recovery and Coldwater who have dealt or are dealing with cancer.
Tickets are currently available at Sunshine Boutique in FR, Mcsober's Saloon in CW and through any committee member.
Quick update on our barn kitchen project…..
The area building inspector was out today and gave us approval to start using the new facility!
It’s taken a bit longer than anticipated but it coincided perfectly with another meeting that took place today in Celina.
In that meeting, the couple who made an offer to purchase the Rockford Carryout, also received approval.
So, lots of changes will be taking place in the near future. You will be hearing more about these changes soon.
For now we encourage those of you who have unredeemed gift cards to use them soon - by August 18.
The hours of operation for RCO will vary slightly over the next 10 days but will be 11:00 am - 7:00 pm most days.
We still have a lot of equipment and catering supplies to move.
You will hear more from the new owners. We are excited about their business plan, vision, enthusiasm, and determination.
The people of Rockford will benefit from what they will be doing. We give them our full support and encourage you to do the same.
Many people are owed big thanks and a shoutout. More on that in the coming days.
We have been blessed with some awesome teammates over the last 9 years. Thanks RCO “alumni”.
Huge thanks to the RCO teammates, who are still on the roster. They have had to deal with questions for a while. We will make sure they get taken care of!

Come early to enjoy the food trucks, market vendors, and kids zone before the concert! We will also be selling alcohol at our MSVW Beer Tent from 4pm to 10pm! 🍻
One of our favorite annual events is the Rockford Fire Department Open House and Reverse Raffle!! It’s happening soon!

The parade route begins at County Rd and East Market St. Proceed west on Market St to Main St north; To Johnson Ave east; To Buckeye St south; and ends at the Buckeye St and Wayne St intersection.

We’ve asked him to perform a variety of duties this week and he has stepped up every time.
From working a catering job at Camp Clay, to helping with a wedding reception, to covering an extra shift on short notice, this guy has done a great job.
Xavier is a very busy student/athlete. His hard work, attitude, and effort allow him to excel in school, in sports, and in the workplace.
We are blessed to have him on the RCO team and know he will accomplish great things in his senior year at Parkway and beyond!

We are excited about the “Hole lot of Resilience” event on April 15! We will be grilling 8 oz boneless, bbq, pork chops and including cheesy redskin potatoes and applesauce in the meals for $10. A portion of the proceeds from each meat sold with go to Doug and his team to help them recover from the devastating fire. To reserve meals give us a call or respond to this post. Any company wanting to donate a T-shirt, stress ball or something else soft to be launched from the Ultimate Fan Cannon on August 28 can drop items off at RCO. We will promote your business in advance and the day of the fundraiser for TV44. A days rental of the cannon will be an auction item also that night.
Love it when young people start a business. So many lessons to be learned from owning a business. Xavier and Riley Samples are the owners of Ultimate Fan Cannon. They plan to be at RCO next Saturday shooting some T-shirt’s and stress balls to those in attendance. They have also donated a days rental of the cannon as an auction items.
