Huge variety of jobs this week, both in the size and menu.

From 7 - 620 and 17 jobs in between. From pulled pork to NY Strips and lots of other food in between.

We catered large companies, small companies and even catered a birthday party for the president of the “Housewife’s of Coldwater”. They held a retreat for one of those birthdays ending in a 0. Congrats Alice!! I will not publish any pictures of that event! Contact Carol or Cindy if you want to buy any!

The pictures shown were from a plated meal event in Celina. Great job by Matt in preparing and Susie in plating!

Two more jobs tonight! 2 tomorrow and 2 Sunday. Next week is really busy!

The clock on the factory wall says “almost 2:30”….that’s AM today. Getting ready to feed 3rd shift then back to the barn to wash pans and serving utensils from jobs last night in Coldwater, Decatur, and Van Wert. 4 more feedings today. Let’s go!

Our catering business has grown to the point we have decided to sell our food trailer. It’s fully equipped and ready to go. We just don’t have time to put it to work.

2 deep fryers and 4’ flattop grill. Chest freezer, refrigerator, refrigerated prep station, lots of tabletop space and storage areas. Multiple service windows. Lots of room to move around inside.

2 -100 pound propane tanks & electic jack. 2 generators (Champion 3150 watt) and 100’ - 50 amp power cord included.

Currently licensed in Ohio and Adams County, IN

Trailer asking price is $40k.

We pull it with a 2016 F-350. We would be willing to sell this also.

This beautiful, young couple in the picture were about to enjoy their first meal as husband and wife last night!

Trevor and Karley wanted a taco bar for their reception so we did our best to honor them and almost 200 of their friends and family.

Absolutely loved catering the meal at this event today honoring some local Veterans!

So grateful for all those who have served this great country.

Stephanie has spent lots of time and energy over the past 15 years organizing programs to honor Veterans. Her passion and dedication is greatly appreciated.
