We absolutely love to cater wedding receptions and other events at Opulence Event Center, LLC in Celina.

Beautiful, spacious venue and Tara and Jon are great to work with.

If you haven’t been there, tomorrow would be a great day to visit and check it out. Open house there from 11:30 - 4:30.

Our good friends at C-Town Wings will have a table right next to us. You can get info (and maybe a sample) on catering from them, and us.

Several other vendors will be on-site as well.

Hope to see many of you at the event tomorrow!

We had a good day at the barn today!

Thanks to the Rockford Ohio Chamber of Commerce for the ribbon cutting ceremony and for the plaque! Very nice.

Thanks to all who ordered and picked up ham loaves and cheesy potatoes today! 98 - 2 pound loaves were sold.

We don’t know how many 2 pound ham loaves will be available until we get the scale out and start forming them.

This batch we will have right at 100. We have about 90 pre-ordered for pickup tomorrow. Some quick math tells me we have about 10 more to sell or freeze.

So, for those who missed the ordering deadline you have another chance.

You can order 1 - 2 pound cooked ham loaf and 5 servings of cheesy potatoes (hot and ready meal) for $20, or you can order uncooked ham loaf. 1 - 2 pound uncooked ham loaf for $15 or 2 - 2 pound ham loaves for $25. You can bake when you want or freeze them.

Pickup is at 4900 US 33, Rockford, OH from 3:30 - 5:30 on Friday, February 28. Just pull in the circle drive, stay in your car, give us your name and $, and we will bring your order to you!

***HAM LOAF UPDATE***

Plans are being made to mix up another batch of ham loaf!

Looking to have pickup at The Barn on Friday, February 28 from 3:30 - 5:30.

You can pick a couple options for ordering this time. Many asked about buying a loaf to put in the freezer, so we will offer that as well as the hot & ready deal.

You can get a baked and ready to eat 2 pound ham loaf and 5 servings of Matt’s popular cheesy potatoes for $20.

You will also be able to order ham loaf only (unbaked). One, 2 pound loaf for $15 or two, 2 pound loaves for $25.

Orders must be placed by Sunday, February 23 at 5:00 pm.

Based on the weather forecast for tomorrow afternoon/evening, we have decided to change the pickup day from Wednesday to Thursday.

Pickup for the jumbo wings will now be Thursday from 3:30-5:30 at The Barn.

If you ordered, and this doesn’t work for you, let us know.

We grilled A LOT of jumbo wings for the wedding reception last Saturday. One young man at the reception (as he was getting seconds) said, “I’ll come work for you, if you pay me with these wings”!

Well we are grilling more this week. The Panther men’s basketball team, and the women’s basketball teams, will be having them for a meal this week.

There will be some extra, so I hereby proclaim this week we will have, “WING WEDNESDAY”!

20 jumbo wings for $20. Pickup at The Barn (4900 US 33) between 3:30 - 5:30 this Wednesday. You won’t have to get out of your vehicle. Just pull up to the door and someone will greet you, take your money and bring your order.

Calm before the “storm” last night!

Great group of people gathered to celebrate an awesome couple!

We appreciate Kenz and Trace for allowing us to be part of their reception.

It got a bit crazy later in the evening as about 600 of their close friends celebrated this couple. Some of them may still be there😳

Lots of people commented how much they loved the food, especially the jumbo, grilled/smoked, wings.

It’s not very often we get to cater a surprise 90th birthday party, and a wedding reception for almost 600, on the same day….but yesterday we did!

Congratulations to Mrs Masser and also to Kenz & Trace!
