La realidad en un mundo al revés😔
Hoy es el dia del hombre y a la mayoria, no les diran nada y mucho menos recibiran un detalle, y en las redes, se veran publicaciones, de feliz dia mentirosos, perros, bandidos y muchas cosas mas, pero pocas diran, gracias hombre por tus esfuerzos, por trabajar dia tras dia, para sostener tu hogar, gracias porque apesar de tu cansancio y tus enfermedades aun asi luchas incansablemente, por tus seres queridos, metas y sueños.
No todos son malos y merecen amor, respeto y que les reconozcan esa tenacidad y fortaleza que los caracteriza.
Feliz día hombre tu también vales muchísimo y también te mereces lo mejor.

HAPPY 187TH BIRTHDAY TO THE GREATEST CITY IN THE WORLD…. CHICAGO!

Chicago was only 46 years old when Mark Twain wrote those words, but it had already grown more than 100-fold, from a small trading post at the mouth of the Chicago River into one of the nation’s largest cities, and it wasn’t about to stop. Over the next 20 years, it would quadruple in population, amazing the rest of the world with its ability to repeatedly reinvent itself.

And it still hasn’t stopped.

Chicago continues to be a place that many people from diverse backgrounds call home. Before it was a city, it was the home to numerous indigenous peoples, a legacy which continues to frame our relationship with the city, the land, and the environment.

Today, Chicago has become a global city, a thriving center of international trade and commerce, and a place where people of every nationality and background come to pursue the American dream.

SNOW EMERGENCY BEGINNING AT 8 P.M.: Due to anticipated weather conditions, we're declaring a Snow Emergency for the City of Rockford beginning at 8 p.m. tonight. Enforcement teams will be deployed to ticket offenders.

Parking reminder:
Today – Even side effective at 8 p.m.
Tomorrow – Odd side beginning at 8 a.m.

Contractors are scheduled to begin plowing residential streets as soon as 2 inches of snow is accumulated.
