Made some cod stew with a side of boiled green bananas, cassava and taro root. This delicious stew is bursting with flavor, sweet peppers 🫑, onions 🧅, lots of herbs and spices with the suttle roots flavor makes a perfect combination. White rice 🍚 is another side that mixes well. WEPA!!
