The biggest question you should be asking yourself before your wedding day is
DO I REALLY WANT…
▪️the responsibility of coordinating all of my vendors, setting out my decor, ensuring every single thing is exactly the way that I planned it?
▪️to be stressed and overwhelmed that I am the bride AND the point of contact for all questions and concerns?
For this private estate wedding in particular, we were onsite Thursday-Saturday.
Overseeing every single detail large and small.
From tent, dance floor and portable restroom installation to the placement of each ceremony chair being the same distance away from the chair beside it.
Our team was the fine tooth comb!
Here is a list of things we were able to address and fix without our couple even knowing
- rentals went to the wrong address, called and got them on the right path
- rentals were then short wine glasses, arranged a credit for our clients order + glasses on the way
- tent was installed too far to the right without our approval, we made the company change it
- the inside of the cloth tent had debris in the ceiling, we made sure that was cleaned
- the dance floor was the wrong size, we called the company and had someone sent over with extra panels
- we strategized the placement of the generator for noise purposes
- wiped down all the chairs and tables due to dust from installation - one full hour of labor
- ensured every single table and chair was to scale and straight
- when the restroom trailer broke during install, we called a fellow planner to get 2 quotes for backup restroom trailers
AND MORE 😮💨🤭
