At first this song was like a lullaby to me, and I played it for my daughter on our walks. It has a gentle soothing melody. But now what I hear is much deeper, like a sad farewell. After reading these lyrics, I am questioning if our world really has “gone white”. And black versus white... Do nothing? Say something? Or just wait for the others to notice your joy as you play in the gray?

I love when music can provoke thought and reflection.
