Our volunteers will be around to start clean up first thing tomorrow morning. We would really appreciate getting home as soon as humanly possible. Please bag and set your trash next to the roads or take to the dumpster. Please comb your camp for any litter, we have to pick up every piece you don't. Thank you for helping make this event great. Hey everyone. I know it’s a big year to have questions and that’s totally fair. Ask away. But it is going to be raining off and on today and I’m not keeping my phone with me while running around. So please scroll through the event page and here to see if it’s answered somewhere. Sorry. I just can’t be online full time and in person full time. 💞

As a reminder… Each person registering needs to do so with their own email.

Every single minor on site has to have a notarized waiver. I may know your kid, but not every person working a one hour shift at Troll is going to know them. And I want to make for certain that you know what you are signing off on for your child. It may seem ridiculous, but when your name is on the other side of that waiver of responsibility, I’m sure you wouldn’t want to be held responsible for some accident involving a child. So even if the only reason was to make me feel better about hosting an event that allows people under the age of 18 to attend…I would say it’s worth it.

Thank you all for your patience. I know it’s all big changes and it’s scary. Just make sure you have your ID and if you don’t think registering worked out right…we can and will figure it out. It’s the first time for this and my system wasn’t put together the way we needed it to be…and that’s on me.

Weapon Check

⏰Location/Days/Times:
Pavilion / Thursday – Saturday / 9:00am – 12:00pm

Protocol:
Weapons will be checked in accordance with the Belegarth Book of War and the national rules set.

​Weapons will be checked in the following fashion:

Blues: These will be checked every other day. (So if you get your weapon checked on Thursday and your weapon passes then, you don’t have to get it rechecked until Saturday.)

Spears, reds, missiles: Every day

Shields & rocks: Just the first time.

📍Please carpool if possible
📍Park only in designated parking areas
📍Park nose in on the center line and as tight as possible
📍Oktoberfest has one main parking lot, one sign in/staff parking lot, and one medical parking lot
💡Main parking should be able to hold about 350 cars
💡Medical parking should hold about 5-6 cars
📍 Unloading is acceptable on roads near campsites, but cars need to be moved in a timely manner

📍16 & 17 year olds pay event fee for the day they plan to arrive.

💡There is no horse stable for them on site.
