We had an amazing catering yesterday! Big thank you to my assistant out master Britni for all of her help. They loved the food. Pulled pork, smoked chicken, red potatoes and our famous beans.

Come have some slow smoked Q tonight at the Whistling Pig food truck. We will have pulled pork sandwiches, loaded pulled pork nachos and loaded hot dogs! We have potato salad and drinks on hand also. We will be at Sowell’s North Pole Christmas light display through Christmas Eve!
