Rain on your wedding day? No problem—we’ve got you covered (literally)! At Hemlock Springs, we’ve become pros at creating seamless rain plans that keep the day running smoothly, no matter what Mother Nature has in store.

If there’s a chance of rain, we’ll chat with your Point of Contact (POC) beforehand to confirm the rain plan. And if you’ve booked our coordination services, our amazing ninja team (extra staff onsite!) steps in to handle it all. From letting your guests know the updated plan as they arrive to prepping our lovely clear umbrellas (huge thanks to the thoughtful couple who left theirs as “something borrowed” for all of our nearlyweds 💕), we’ll ensure the day stays stress-free and magical.

We also love to keep an eye on the radar! If we see the rain will pass in 10-15 minutes, we’re more than happy to wait it out for those stunning outdoor shots. But if it decides to stick around, just look at this gorgeous wedding as proof that a rainy-day ceremony at Hemlock Springs is equally enchanting!

What is a Posh Pop Up?!🥂🍾 🍕
Well, if you want to take the stress out of your wedding day, this is for you! We handle the planning, you show up ready to go!

Posh Pop Ups are themed Mini Weddings on five Thursdays throughout the year. Here at Hemlock, we will decorate each wedding based on the Mood Board. 💐

Here's the breakdown....
-3 hours on site (no access to dressing rooms, but can be added per hour👗)
-Premium and curated decor
-Up to 20 guests (you can add more at an additional cost)
-Officiant services
-Photography services 📸
-Ceremony Coordination and Ceremony Music
-Mini Reception with stylized decor and dance floor
-Catered pre-packed meals (we handle the ordering, pick up, and paying!)
-Seasonal individual desserts (feel free to bring your own cutting cake!) 🎂
