Watch the Chiefs and Eagles battle it out as you and your friends snack on our delicious Superbowl classics! We've got our signature sweet and tangy house sauce, classic buffalo, BBQ, and a lemon pepper dry rub. And don't forget to add potato wedges and our homemade ranch!

We had a fantastic time attending the Metropolitan Weddings Expo this last Sunday! It was a joy to serve and chat with brides as they plan out their big day! We look forward to this 2025 wedding season and all the food + fun we get to be a part of!

Here's a quick shot from one of our bartenders, Sam, of our Top Shelf booth! Sunday we served mocktails of our signature Margaritas and Sam's own creation "The Tropical Skittle".

✨STAFF SPOTLIGHT✨

Asher Braniger is the next member of our team we'd like to recognize! He's been with us for about 2 years now, and in that time he's become our number one utility player! Whether he's prepping in the kitchen, washing dishes, reaching for the highest item on the shelf, or catering an event...Asher ALWAYS has a good attitude and is ready to help. It's a great day when Asher is on schedule, but he loves being scheduled when we're serving up our Fettuccine Alfredo (his favorite)! Asher's got a lot of favorites in the years he's been with us, but one of his favorite memories is when him, Sokhan, and our caterer Bree stopped in Strafford for the best Indian food after an event. I think that meal changed his life haha! A random fact about Asher is that he only likes hotdogs if they're cooked over a fire, so I guess you wont see him eating any at your next picnic event! Asher's one of the best, so if you do see him, make sure to give him a big smile and happy hello!

TOMORROW!!!

We'll be attending Stonegate Glass Chapel's open house from 6-8 pm! If you didn't get the chance to taste our specialty smoked meats and fan favorite sides at Samuel Cedars...no worries! We'll be serving smoked pulled pork, pulled chicken, and sliced brisket. As well as our sweet green beans, cheesy potatoes, pasta salad, and rolls!

We encourage you come with empty stomachs and full of questions about your special day!

We are SO thankful to have had the amazing opportunity to serve our friends at last Thursday night for their Florally Charged Event celebrating the new Macan Electric model!

We love doing special events like this and getting to go "off menu" to creatively cater to your imagination!

The team did a beautiful job with our charcuterie boards, spinach and artichoke dip, prosciutto wrapped figs stuffed with chevre and cream cheese, bacon wrapped cheddar and cream cheese stuffed jalapeños, and honey balsamic bruschetta! You'll also see their handiwork with an assortment of macaroons, key lime tartlets, and lemon tartlets.

We may be known for our smoked meats, but our Italian menu is a great contendor. Whether it's our slow cooked fettuccini alfredo, hand breaded chicken parmesan, creamy tuscan chicken, flavorful chicken caprese, or our to-die-for lasagna; it's always a pleasure to serve our beloved customers!

✨STAFF SPOTLIGHT✨

This month we want to recognize our kitchen superstar, Amber Hale! January 1st will be Amber's TENTH year with our company. She is our longest standing team member, and knows our kitchen like the back of her hand. Although she's prepped a lot of different meals for all our customers, her personal favorite menu item is our Roasted Potatoes! We want to recognize Amber not only for how hard she works, but how much joy and laughter she brings to our crew. A great example of her spunky personality is when she was asked about her favorite memory with Catering Creations, she said "when Doug retired from the kitchen" and then laughed! Amber may make Catering Creations a happy place, but her happy place is when she can take her side by side on a dirt road and watch the sunset. We're so grateful to have Amber as a vital part of our company! She works just as hard when catering events as she does in the kitchen, and she truly deserves more recognition than we can ever give! Be sure to say hi if you see Amber during your event or get to taste what she whips up in the kitchen!

Introducing one of our lead caterers, Marissa Murfin! Marissa has been with us since June of 2022 and continuously proves how much of an asset she is to our company in so many different ways. Fun fact about Marissa, is she's been baking since she was 10 years old! She turned a hobby into a career by getting her certificate and associates degree in culinary baking/pastry arts. She's our go-to girl when it comes to our baked goods! But what's her favorite item on the menu? Our signature smoked brisket of course!
