With today’s delivery to Petaluma Market, we have reached a milestone. Since we started producing Pedroni’s Potato Salad for retail sales (at Lombardi’s, then Petaluma Market, then Fiesta in Sebastopol and Pacific in Santa Rosa and finally Fircrest in Sebastopol) in 2000, we have crossed the 500,000 lb mark. That doesn’t include the Pedroni’s Potato Salad we’ve made for catered functions or private orders, just retail sales at those 5 outlets combined! Half a million pounds!
