Duties:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as birthdays, weddings, funerals, special events, etc.
- Stock and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing floral arrangements to meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
- Handle cash & credit card transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures using a point of sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a floral designer or in a similar role required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques required.
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create visually appealing arrangements preferred .
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers via in person, phone & online.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders and delivery schedules.
