Mark your calendars everyone the Empress is coming back and passing through Downtown Rosenberg. We will be offering free coffee and donuts to spectators.
Stop by and say hi.

UPDATE AS OF 8:10 on Thursday, 6/13: the Empress is in Kendleton Yard, where she will stay until Saturday morning.

Ready for Round Two? The Empress is on her way!

DISCLAIMER: We have received conflicting reports on the precise dates and times for her arrival. This is what we know right now. We will provide any updates as soon as we get them.***

AT THE EARLIEST, the Empress may arrive in Kendleton Yard tomorrow evening between 4:00-7:00 PM on its way from Laredo. She will spend Friday in the yard undergoing maintenance. The train will then leave Kendleton on Saturday, June 15th in the morning roughly around 8:00 AM, meaning that she will pass our museum around 8:15-8:30 AM on her way through Houston to Beaumont, and from there to Shreveport by nightfall.

The Empress will follow the previous route along Highway 59 from Kendleton to Rosenberg, along Highway 90 through Rosenberg, Richmond, Sugar Land, Stafford, and Missouri City before heading northbound through Bellaire and eventually passing the Amtrak station in Houston. Be sure to spread the word!
