I like the homemade whipped cream on top with just a little lime zest, some like it without the whipped cream and lime garnish. How do you like yours?

Grace Community Church CR will be having a Mother’s Day bake sell and silent auction. I will be making madeleines and some other yummy desserts as well as several other people. Come check it out and pick up something for mom!

Happy Pie Day, everyone!

I am not sure how Facebook decides what posts to show people, so please share this to get the word out if you are in my area!

I received a question today about whether I am still baking. The answer is yes! I have not been able to focus on this page because I have been working on some college classes, but I have some time in between courses and I've been waiting for a long time to do some more work! Now that the weather is heating up and Springtime is rolling around, why not order one of my popular cream pies or a refreshing key lime pie?

I can do almost any other dessert you may want. I am always looking to expand my menu, so any and all requests are welcome. Depending on what you need, I can have it ready within as soon a day or two for small orders that I already have ingredients for. Most things can be done within the week, but large orders or things I need to practice beforehand might take a little longer.

My schedule is completely open, so let me know at any time if you'd like to order something! You can contact me directly through this post.

Hello everyone! it has been a long time since I've made any posts. In fact, it's been a long time since I've made anything! After the holidays were over, I took a bit of time to sort out returning to my studies. I have started a few classes and so will be a bit busier now, but I am still ready and eager to start baking again. Please let me know if there is anything you would like to order. Valentine's Day is right around the corner, so why not order something to finish a nice dinner with your loved one?

This special request is a chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake!
There's been a lot of different orders for the holidays, and lots of goodies being made. I try to learn new recipes all the time, and this was a first.
I still have room for orders at the end of November and all of December. Don't show up to the Christmas party empty-handed!

The results of the Eastern NM Fair: one 1st place ribbon for my Pecan Pie (3 years running,) and 2nd place for my Apple pie, which was my first time submitting another recipe. Holidays are around the corner, don't forget dessert!

Hello everyone! I have taken quite some time off to spend with family, but I am ready to begin taking orders again. Thank you all so much for the overwhelming support for the page, and thank you for your business. Send a message to our page to order anything you'd like, and please like and share the page and posts. I'm constantly expanding the list of things I can make, so if you don't see something you want, just ask for something else and I might be able learn it for you.

I already have a couple orders for cream pies. I can do:
-Coconut cream
-Chocolate cream
-banana cream
And many other pies and desserts.
We've also done a few small catering jobs.

Mousse/parfait cups available for $15 for 6 or $25 for a dozen. There are several to choose from including chocolate, cookie butter, and the two pictured here which are nutella/hazelnut and strawberry, respectively. We are full on orders for the next couple of weeks, but if you'd like to order something for the future, please let us know through a direct message.

Reduced-sugar millionaire pie! This was made with stevia and coconut sugar. This was another experiment for someone who requested a healthier alternative to the standard millionaire pie.

I am always looking to expand what I'm able to make, so please let us know about any recipes, requests or suggestions for me to try! I'm hoping to start offering fruit pies soon.
