A huge thank you to everyone coming out today and helping clear the rest of the Philosopher’s Trail at Festival Hill! We are working to create signage for the unique bird species we have here in Fayette County for our soon to be birding trail!
This was our first anniversary of creating our Gardens and Grounds Volunteer Group with the help and support of the Pinedo family and so many local friends and businesses! A huge thank you to Round Top Brewing for donating us an awesome lunch- what a way to end the day!
Grab a friend, some trail clearing gear, and come join us for our next Grounds and Garden Service Day at Festival Hill! We are developing a birding trail from some old trails that need a little sprucing up! I have fallen in love with this area!
Sept 9th, 9:30-1, please register at www.festivalhill.org under Events, Grounds and Garden Service Day.
Many thanks, y'all!
