Hi everyone! It is super hot in Texas. Thought I'd post a few pictures of our minis. We've had visitors who braved the heat for barnyard visits. If you have an interest in coming out during feeding time we charge a small fee to help toward their upkeep. You can text or call me at 972-267-6530 to inquire. Hi everyone! We recently celebrated birthdays with our minis. In April Lollipop turned 1 and in May Lil Tex and Fancy Sue turned 2. We had a birthday party of sorts. I had a perfect picture in my head of how it should go, but alas, it didnt go as planned. We did manage to get a few fun photos in the middle of the drama!

Hi everyone. KC Corral Minis are sure enjoying the cooler weather after such a hot summer. The fall rains kept them in the barn a lot, but they entertained each other on those days. Lollipop is growing like a w**d and loves running around with Lil Tex and Fancy Sue. Here are a few pictures to enjoy.

Our little Lollipop made her first appearance with her parents, Peanut and Buttercup, June 7th at Coventry Reserve in Wylie, Texas. At only 5 weeks old she was very brave. Check out her picture as she leaped out of the trailor when we got there! We had a great time visiting all the participants as they celebrated the last spring session day with a big party. KC Corral Minis were honored to be a part of the festivities! Did we mention Lollipop got to be a little unicorn???

Hi y'all!
We have some updates to share.
First our minis have moved to a new location and they love it. More room and a cool barn to stay in.
Second our precious Buttercup is due to have a new foal any day now. We are so excited and Peanut, the daddy is too. Lil Tex and Fancy Sue are looking forward to having a new play mate.
We are curious if you think it will be a boy or girl. Be sure to post your vote. Of course we will keep you all posted when our little baby arrives.Here are a few photos we took recently.

KC Corral Minis took part in the downtown Garland, Tx. Urban Flea market in the square today. Buttercup and Peanut made new friends and enjoyed photo shoots with lots of little Cowboys and Cowgirls. Many promised to post their pictures on our page. Can't wait to see them. It was a day of cuteness overload!!! Our Diva- Buttercup - got away from me once in the park so everyone got to watch me run like crazy to catch her! Oh and then Peanut followed me out of the corral and we got to chase him too! You just never know what you might see at our events! The next Urban Flea is the 2nd Sat in Nov. We plan to attend.

We brought our 2 baby minis to the house today so they could "mow" the front yard. They took a break to come in the house to have a carrot and apple snack! I will post photos shortly.

Sweet Buttercup!

KC Corral Minis was born out of my life long love of horses and desire to share their wonderful traits with people of all ages. Miniature horses are not Shetland ponies. They are miniature versions of a horse. Their personalities are sweet and loving. As a little Kansas girl I was lucky to have a Grandad who had a farm and a herd of over 60 horses, large and small. ( I will post a picture of me at 2 yrs old sitting on one of his little ones). He always let the kids in town come out and ride, so I saw firsthand what joy horses brought to people. So not only does KC stand for Kenda and Carl, but it's also a tribute to my Grandad, Kenneth Cooper who taught me to love and respect these beautiful, special animals!
