Some may receive this email twice, as general mail list & CGR mail list. Apologies for that.
Jim & Zee have relocated to Amarillo, Texas, to try retirement and be near 2 Grand Sons. They light up our lives along with their Mom & Dad.
We brought BR & Boon, our 2 horses, & we are competing around Amarillo, Canyon & near Lubbock. So far, so good.
We both were raised at Happy, Texas, just south of Canyon. We drove through Happy & saw some familiar places, some gone and lots of change. Good memories.
Our 903 area code phone nos. are the same. Feel free to give us a call.
We continue to keep up with many activities through FB.

There are no words to describe our special time at Rosehill Stables, Bar S Arena and Jimsco Upholstery, meeting so many people who helped us make so many memories. Many thanks to all.
Some may have known us from other than horse related activities.
Jim served in the US Navy, worked at Austin Paving as heavy equip. operator, Varo as Electronic Tech, Geotech as Electronic & research tech., Unitron as supervisor of the magnetics, printed circuit dept., Calart Flower Co. as Dallas plant mgr., and owner of Jimsco Upholstery.
Zee played basketball at Happy High School and held the free throw record & may still do so. She attended Wayland Baptist University & played basketball with the Queen B’s , served as Church receptionist at First Baptist Church, Plainview, and is now full time caretaker of Jim, BR and Boon.
We have been blessed to have known y’all & competed and trained with many of you and just known many as friends. We look forward to continuing to compete and hope to see some of you at shows as we will have time to travel some.
Being members at Ridin High Cowboy Church has been one of the memorable times while living at the Bar S.

Zee will be competing at the Bar Double G Cowgirl Roundup at Sulphur Springs, Sept. 28-30, 2018. Looking forward to seeing many friends there.

Latest update on the Bar S Arena status:
Effective September 10, 2018, the Bar S Arena changed owners & will undergo a name change.
The new owners are Vince & Lori Rowe and they live on site with daughter, Shelby & son, Trevor.
