In my life, I’ve experienced the pain of losing everything. Three years ago, my beloved Royal Creek Ranch was consumed by fire. I watched helplessly as it burned to the ground, taking with it not just a building, but memories, hard work, and everything we had poured our hearts into. I know what it feels like to have your world turned upside down in an instant.

For those of you in California who are battling the fury of these wildfires right now, my heart goes out to you. The feeling of helplessness, the uncertainty that follows, the struggle to make sense of it all—it’s indescribable. But I also know this: Even when everything seems lost, you are not alone.

You will rebuild. The road ahead will be long, but I have seen firsthand the resilience of the human spirit. I know how you can rise from the ashes, stronger and more determined than ever. The fire may take your home, but it cannot take your heart. It cannot take your hope.

As you face the aftermath, please know my prayers are with you. I pray for comfort in the midst of chaos, for strength in the hardest moments, and for the unwavering support of your community to help you rebuild, step by step.

Stay strong, California. You are stronger than you think. My thoughts, my prayers, and my heart are with you all.

💥 What a way to ring in the New Year and Welcome 2025-💥At Royal Creek Ranches, we kicked off 2025 with an unforgettable New Year’s Day Pheasant hunt featuring 1,000 birds and 40 hunters. It was more than just a hunt—it was a celebration of community, family, goals, and the promise of a new year!! We started the festivities with a New Year’s Eve party @ the lodge with amazing friends and family! Where we laughed, shared stories, and reflected on the past year. After an overnight stay in our lodge, we greeted the morning ready for the thrill of the hunt! 💭 Reflecting on the day, we are reminded of the goals we achieved, the lessons we learned, and the new goals we’re ready to tackle in 2025!! Here’s to hard work, big dreams, and even bigger achievements!🐦 Here’s to many more hunts, many more laughs, and many more memories in the year ahead! As we celebrate the birth of our savior, this time of year, Shondell and I reflect on the incredible blessings that come from keeping Christ at the center of our lives. This season of joy and peace reminds us that every good thing we have—our marriage, our family, our hope—is made possible because of Him.

Christmas is more than lights and gifts; it’s a testimony to the greatest gift ever given—a Savior who came to bring light into a dark world. We owe everything to Him, and we humbly express our gratitude for His love, mercy, and guidance in our lives.
