Hello everyone and I hope you are all well and safe.



I want to cover a few things with you that may be of concern for you and your upcoming event.

If you haven’t already chosen to postpone and reschedule your upcoming event – please feel free to reach out to us at any time. Already booked events will have priority – so please reach contact us as soon possible so we can ensure your special date is available.



We have several dates now open in 2020 and 2021 – please reach out to inquire as dates are filling up quickly. If you are coming from a different venue that could no longer accommodate your event, please let us know so that we can get a head start on any last minute preparations for your special day!



Here is what we are doing for you and your guests safety, although not mandatory, we want to ensure we take extra precautions for you:

Providing masks and gloves to all guests as our staff will do the same.

We are having a guard installed over the buffet table/line as well as have staff serve food to minimize any contact/contamination.

If necessary, guards will be installed at the bar as well.



We realize these times are changing and understand that the future normal, for the foreseeable future, will be something we are all unaccustomed to.

Please let us know if there is anything else you would like us to offer or be helpful to the health and safety of you and all of your guests.



*Also, we do recommend setting up a FB page for your event, this way, in the ever changing times of today – you can update your event and make any announcements necessary.

We are Hoping everyone is staying healthy and doing well during these uncertain times we find ourselves in.
We would like to offer our current customers with wedding dates already booked an extension, or if you would like the option to reschedule for 2020. We have many dates still available in 2020 and 2021. We would like to take this time to re-evaluate and manage the situation more efficiently for the benefit of future gatherings to provide a safe cleanly environment. We are able to execute a wedding within a few weeks of your picking a date.
We are presently booking private tours that will take place In a sanitary environment. Eric Martin will personally provide you with a private tour. We are able to supply you with masks and gloves for your safety. Eric will be the only one you will have contact with. Please contact him personally to set up a private showing. We also offer a virtual tour in the privacy of your own home if you prefer that method, via Skype, FaceTime or Facebook messenger. We are here to accommodate you.
For those of you who may have had their weddings canceled at other venues we would like to extend our facilities. We are offering you discounts if you book with us.
We are trying to be proactive in these trying times. As we all know there is no definite end in sight so please be sure to reach out to Eric to secure your special date now!
