The side entrance leads straight into the back mud room and laundry room! My favorite cabinet handles are hiding in the laundry room! What do you think of the blue and white pulls?

This shared bathroom between the front and center rooms raised a few kittens during the renovation process. Under the original floors, a few kittens were found and taken to a local rescue. After making sure the kittens were safe, the renovations continued resulting is this amazing bathroom. Our favorite part is the beautiful clawfoot tub! Don’t forget to send us an email to request a tour or reservation!

The living room housed most of our construction tools as the project went on. We love this room because it is great for hanging out with friends or relaxing and watching the big game. Some of our recent guests were able to watch Kim Mulkey win the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship right here in this room! We love having a space where memories can be made and shared! The back master bedroom is a wonderful getaway with a great view of the backyard! We don’t have many before pictures of this room as the main updates were to the closets and doorway. Come on by to take a tour and let us know what you think!

The entryway of the home is a beautiful and welcoming space to relax and enjoy the sun coming through the windows. The entire home had to have the floors sanded down, repaired, and restained in an attempt to preserve as much as the home as possible. Scroll over to see the floor transformation!

This is our front bedroom! This bedroom shares a bathroom with the middle bedroom room we posted about earlier! Our lovely clawfoot tub stayed in this room for a while when we were redoing the bathroom. Reach out for a tour or booking! We’d love to have you.

This lovely library nook looks out into the beautiful backyard. Not much demolition was required for this transitional space, but the floors in the entire home were sanded down and refinished to preserve as much original charm as possible. Come have a seat and a cup of coffee in our library while you watch the birds in the backyard trees.

The front porch is a true delight! With a traditional haint blue ceiling and refinished deck, this porch will be here for morning coffee and evening night caps for many years to come! If you see us here, feel free to stop by for a visit or email us for a tour or booking.
