It’s April, and the honeysuckle is blooming on Honeysuckle Lane.
The Honeysuckle 75 is a favorite for our spring gatherings on the porch.
Happy Spring!

Honeysuckle 75
1.25 oz Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Champagne

Build in a shaker over ice, adding all ingredients (except champagne). Shake and strain into a coupe or flute. Top with champagne and garnish with honeysuckle. Enjoy!
