For your own simmer pot, try any combination of these
• 1 orange, sliced
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 1 apple, sliced
• Fresh cranberries
• 3–4 cinnamon sticks
• 1 tablespoon whole cloves
• 2–3 sprigs of rosemary
• A splash of vanilla extract

Add everything to a pot of water and bring to a gentle simmer on the stove. Let it fill your home with warmth — just top off with water as it evaporates.
