Calling all Community Organizations, Town Departments, and Town Committees!
You spoke and we heard you! The Rutland Events Committee has made some positive changes to last year’s Community Fair. It is now a Community EXPO showcasing your services.
We have moved it to the Library and the Sunny Common. It will be held Sunday, March 30 from 11:30am-3pm. We already have some Rutland Food Trucks booked and we are hoping your organization/department/committee will join us!
This is a heads up to save the date. More information and a registration form will be coming soon! Meantime, if you have any other ideas or suggestions, please forward them to us at [email protected].

Let's support the Rutland Food Pantry with this event coordinated by Discover Rutland MA and the Town of Rutland, MA!

**Rutland Businesses and Residents: Let’s Make a Difference This Holiday Season!** 🌟

📦 **Businesses**
The Rutland Economic Development Committee (EDC) is reaching out to our wonderful local businesses to donate raffle prizes that will inspire even more generosity this season! These prizes will encourage community members to bring in much-needed donations for the Rutland MA Food Pantry. Every contribution makes a real impact, and we’re hoping to fill the pantry well into November and beyond. If your business is interested in donating, please e-mail [email protected]. We kindly ask that donations be received by Tuesday, November 12th.

📦 **Residents:** When you donate 5 or more items from our wish list, you’ll be entered to win an amazing prize donated by a Rutland business! The items most needed are:

**Holiday Food Needs:**
- Stuffing
- Cranberry Sauce
- Pie Crusts & Pie Filling (Any Flavor)
- Quick Breads
- Cream of Mushroom Soup
- French Cut Green Beans
- Dried Onions
- Gravy
- Coffee/Tea/Cocoa

**Other Items Needed:**
- Cereal (our supply is very low)
- Bottles of Juice or Juice Boxes
- Boxed Rice Products
- Canned Meats, especially Tuna
- Hamburger/Tuna Helper
- Boxed or Canned Potato Products
- Baked Beans

🛒 **Where to Donate:** Non-perishable, non-expired, unopened food donations are welcome! Donations can be dropped off in the lobby of the Town of Rutland Town Annex building at 246 Main St. (the brick building next to Town Hall, the former Rutland Library). Donation hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. We will be accepting donations beginning Monday, November 4th through Wednesday, November 27th. Raffle winners will be chosen and announced on Monday, December 2nd.

By coming together, we can help fill the food pantry and support neighbors who may be in need this season. Be sure to follow *Discover Rutland MA* on Facebook and Instagram for updates. Let’s make this holiday season one of giving and gratitude!

Come dressed in your best Flapper Era attire and listen and dance to the sounds of The New England Swing Orchestra. Tickets are $10. All proceeds will go towards funding next summer's concert series! Enrollment is limited so purchase your admission in advance. Admission will be offered at the door until capacity is reached.
