Pop Up Stock Up at Rutland Elks Order By 12pm Monday 6/3 For Wednesday 6/5 Pick Up

If you’re looking for something and don’t see it on the list let us know and we’ll see if we can source it for you!

We’re providing this service for our members AND the general public so please share with your family, friends and co-workers so we can keep it going! All proceeds go to the Rutland Elks Lodge to help with finances during these challenging times. Please place your orders by 12pm Monday 6/3 for pick up on Wednesday 6/5 between 5-7pm.

The order form and flyer links are below with pictures and descriptions attached as well. We’ll order everything you guys need, as long as we have enough of a demand for each item. For example, if we only have one person ordering one piece of pork tenderloin, we may not feasibly be able to order that, as it would cost us if the rest of it goes to waste. Hopefully this isn’t the case and we get enough orders for everything you guys want! That being said, please email your order form to: [email protected] no later than Monday at 12 PM for Wednesday pick-up between 5-7pm. If you’d like curbside delivery please call the lodge number (802) 773-6266 once you arrive and we'll bring your order out to you. We’re going to try and keep this going monthly as long as there is enough demand.

We’re asking folks to please pay in advance upon ordering using the Venmo app if possible. If you do not have the app or need help installing, email us your phone number and we'll try to walk you through it. It's very easy and only takes a few minutes. You can find us in Venmo by searching -Elks345 . If you're not able to use Venmo we will accept cash upon pick up. Only Elk members will be able to pay with check, so if you’re not a member sign up!

All sales are final, no returns will be administered.

Congratulations to High Spafford for winning our Calcutta today and Gary & Hailey for coming in second. Dick, Marty and Mike for 3rd, 4th and 5th. Thank you to all the Elks around the State and beyond (North Carolina) for helping support our local charities.

Thank you to everyone who purchased a ball or two for the Calcutta. Drawing will begin at 3:00 pm following our Clean up day at the Lodge. Please stop by to help starting at 9:00 am. Lunch will be provided for all those who help!

Tonight we celebrated some wonderful Elks at Rutland Lodge # 345. First our Elk of the Year! Shelly Duprey thank you for all you have done for this lodge. And our Officer of the Year, Richard Walker! And finally our Outstanding Citizen award to Morty Paul. Behind the scenes so much work is done that no one knows about. Thank you so much for your dedication to the Elks!

Come join us at the Lodge tomorrow night, Friday, 3/22/24 for some Queen of Hearts, March Madness , Munchies and best of all Friendship. Queen of Hearts will be drawn at 6:30 pm and UVM is playing Duke at 7:10 pm in the first round of the 2024 March Madness tournament and friendship happens the minute you walk in the door! Wear your Green and Gold!
