“Where do I begin with this incredible company. Blue Elephant catered our wedding at the end of August and everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly, professional, and the food was AMAZING! Everyone raved about the food for the weeks after the wedding and how much they loved the idea of doing heavy passed Hors d’oeuvres instead of a formal sit down dinner. My husband and I never went hungry or thirsty throughout the night as they made sure we always had food or a beverage to last through the busy night!!
Fausto was also our day of coordinator and I could not have asked for a better person to fill that role. He made sure everything went smoothly and never missed a beat. The day could not have been more perfect and Fausto and his team were a huge part of why our day went so well. We could not recommend this team more!!
