💛❤️Gratitude Post💛❤️

I’m most grateful, excited but mostly humbled to share with you that Maria’s paella has officially a home in midtown. Couple months ago we finalized the purchase of lulus commercial kitchen. While the kitchen will continue to operate as an incubator for other chefs to create their amazing food, I’m going to be able to do my own events.

Because One of the things I enjoy the most while traveling is cooking classes. I’m bringing that to my kitchen. Some of the events we have in mind are:

⭐️Paella cooking classes
⭐️empanada making classes
⭐️Pasta Making classes
⭐️Dumpling making classes
⭐️ fruit arrangement and charcuterie classes
⭐️⭐️⭐️ And many more including cooking classes for singles where people would have the opportunity to meet people in a heathy environment with al ready one thing in common. The love for food!! Because food brings us together.

On Saturday we found the cutest tiny eggplant and fresh edible flowers with our friends at they made our Paella looking more beautiful than normal. Come check them up at every Saturday and have some paella on the way 🥰

Another reason why I love the market so much is because customers become friends. I have a few customers that have supported me since day one. This particular one is a vegan elderly person who was so happy I bought the Vegan Paella back. He was so happy he brought me flowers 💐 Thank you Sacramento for showing me the love. I love you back!

Thank you for growing such healthy mushrooms. The vegan birria turned out delicious!! I had to try it so I made myself a “quesabirria” vegan food can be so much fun!!! And soooo delicious! Remember I’m bringing vegan birria empanadas this Saturday to the market. You DON’T want to miss it!!

She is one of the most giving people I know. A huge supporter of our Latino culture and heritage. Come by and have fun with us! We’d have music and delicious food. Ok guys it’s officially paella season!!! But! I’m still harvesting figs so todays sweet empanada flavor is figs and goat cheese. Not gonna lie guys but I’m impressed! Come try them and see why. They’re delicious!! We’ll be at the until 1:00. See you!

Completely in love with this property. If you want to spent some good time, have delicious food, shop for unique items, sip amazing wine come to Loomis. Seriously.. it’s right here in our backyard!!! Such a lovely area and so close!

It’s Sacramento Midtown Farmers Market Day! Who’s ready for paella and empanadas?!
I’ve been up baking empanadas since 4:00 am. Everything feels different when you do it with love. I hope you guys get to feel that when you try some of the food I cook for you.

Sooo good!! Hand made Parsley Garganelli by the chubby cupboard. I added some asparagus, green beans, sweet peppers, capers, tomatoes, chili flakes and of course garlic. Can’t tell you enough how delicious this is! So simple and so good!

You matter to me!
Presented to you all the paella sizes I have. It really makes me feel very uncomfortable seeing you guys standing in line when I’ve tan out of paella these past weekends soooo I’ve decided to bring the big guns out.
