Wedding Rehearsals are a must! 📋
Not only do we get everyone comfortable with where they’ll be standing during the ceremony, but everyone leaves more confident of what to expect on the wedding day. They get to meet an AJE staff member and will know to look for that familiar face if they need something or are looking for instructions.
It also gives us planners a fighting chance, as we herd the grandparents, parents, wedding party, kids, snd sometimes dogs that we need to send down the aisle.

Our Lead Coordinator Chelsea got to chat it up with students that day as well and she shared “if I knew event planning was a career option I would’ve went that route waaaay sooner than I did.”
That statement alone is why we run the AJE internship! Even if the interns DON’T pursue a career as an event planner, they at least got exposed to our wonderful industry that has over 15 vendor business options that might actually interest them instead!

Hey friends!! I’m Alexis, the proud Founder & CEO of AJEvents! Been married 5 years and have two wonderful kids! I love ALL things that let us celebrate wonderful moments! I’ve so enjoyed walking along side numerous couples for the wedding days and sweet clients for their special occasions and smaller events. One of the best things that has come out of my time in this industry is founding the event Vendor’s Night Out! I love the vendors we get to work with and who work so hard to make my awesome visions and ideas come to life! This next year we’re diving into ANOTHER new venture for the AJE team and I am beyond excited! This business has endless opportunities and I love being a part of it!

Hi!! I’m Allison and this is my 3rd year as an assistant coordinator with AJE! I have two sons, who are 5 and 2 1/2, and my husband and I have been married for 8 years this May. Planning our wedding was so exciting and fun, I knew I wanted to help other people plan their big day. One day our family even hopes to own a wedding venue! In addition to AJE, I also work full time for a foster care agency, where I work with our mental health, foster care, and compliance teams.
AJE allows me a creative outlet where I can work hand in hand with clients to make their events run seamlessly. I have mostly assisted in weddings with AJE, and this year I am looking forward to expanding to showers, graduations, and parties!

Hi friends! I’m Chelsea, one of your coordinators with AJE. I have been married to my husband for 5 years in August with a beautiful blended family.
I’m a bookworm with a big love of science fiction & fantasy, as well as a lover of theatre & art.
I think the thing I love about being on the AJE team the most is how well we all work together. We each have unique strengths that compliment each other well & we have a ton of fun at the same time.
Working in the event industry has been so much more than I anticipated it would be. In the best of ways! I love getting to meet new people who also have a passion to serve others with excellence!
