I am a well-trained chef with more than 30 years of cooking experience. I love all kinds of cuisine, but my passion rests in wine country cuisine. I am a personal chef, restaurant chef, and caterer. I am also willing to teach someone who just wants to become a better cook. I am a solid chef with many satisfied customers, and willing to work with non-profit organizations.I love playing with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create menus specifically tailored to your tastes and your budget.

Chef has received a request for a price range. Unfortunately, he is unable to provide a blanket range. But that is a GOOD thing. Chef works directly with his clients to create a menu directed to each client's own needs. There are many variables that cannot be contained in a blanket rate. An amazing night last night. 500+ happy contributors to a worthy cause. C.A.S.A. Crab feed 2015 was huge success and I had the privilege of working with some amazing volunteers. Thanks to Emily, speed, John, Yvette, Dennis, Greg Jerry, and yes, the hardest working young ladies, Sarah and Angela. I'm looking forward to next year all ready.

Here is a review from Chef Jarrod's latest client. On the menu was: ahi crudo with wasabi soy viniagrette, a broccoli and potato salad with frisée and simple viniagrette and 12 oz New York steak and honey glazed salmon over spring ratatouille.
