Playing with meal indicator cues within the overall design of the dinner menu can be so fun. Here we chose to show a difference in the color of the monogram on the cover of the book so the velvet ribbon place cards could be the same color for each guest creating more of a uniform look for all tables.

Different views of N + T’s intimate welcome dinner set up. I wanted to acknowledge the wooded surroundings in the grove with a natural wood chair while softening the tables with a luxe linen and work with minimal florals so the wedding day was more of the star. It came out exactly as I envisioned and was a fun surprise for the couple who allowed me to choose all elements.

Slide two: Kristina - That’s me! I specialize in full service planning and design work. If you’re working with me I will talk your ear off about budget management, setting realistic expectations for visual investments and probably the best wine to serve with dinner. I will always be the first contact you speak with when inquiring with our team. I’m here to support my associates in anything they need so you can trust you have a united team backing you in your event. My door is always open to you whether you choose to invest in full service planning or if you’re on board for coordination only services. I started this company since 2016, been full time since 2018 and don’t see us ending our journey any time soon. I hope our paths cross and we get to assist in making your wedding and event dreams come true!

Slide three: Hillary - Our team admin and associate coordinator. Her role is to support all coordinators through admin work, day of support at weddings and leading her own weddings that contract us for coordination only services. If you’re working with her you’ll feel calm knowing she has your best interest at heart and that your day will run on time. Her hustle is for real!

Slide four: Sabrina - Our most senior associate specializing in coordination services. If you’re working with her you’ll feel secure knowing she has all the details memorized and can pivot seamlessly when needed on event days. She’s our go to for all the life hacks!

Looking at this photo you’d never know what it took to get these gorgeous tables set and perfected - and that’s the point. You and your guests should arrive to a perfect setting among a sea of gorgeous tables with the an amount of attention to detail that is obvious. On this wedding day it was almost triple digit weather, the team was setting up in full sun, we dealt with and resolved a last minute linen issue, the floral team set out florals at the last moment so they could survive the heat and our team actively protected the reception space until the couple could view it privately before guests were seated. This isn’t all we do, but it’s a good look at a small part of what the team handled during set up. It requires dedication, good vendor relationships and a great team to pull it all off. Guests will never see all of this, but again that is the point. You’re not supposed to. Almost like waking up to presents under the Christmas tree on Christmas morning, it’s magic 🥰
