Meet the team! The first photo is of course myself (Kristina) owner and lead planner. I started EBKE back in 2016 and went full-time in 2018. Owning this business is still one of the best decisions I have ever made. Being self employed is not the life everyone aims for, but it is something I’ve created and I couldn’t ask for a better balance in my career and home life. I work with our full service couples, but still oversee each event and offer as much support as our couples and the team needs. Second photo is the lovely Hillary! She started as a day of assistant (she still does from time to time) and is now the team’s administrative assistant, helping us organize files, collect the details and a million other little things that contribute to running our events. Our weekly meetings (sometimes twice a week lol) together, always bring me peace of mind. Her ability to multitask and stay on top of all the follow up material makes our jobs so much easier. Third photo is our most senior associate planner, Sabrina! She has been with me for a few years now, but I feel like I’ve known her my whole life. Her years of industry experience speaks for itself, and the ability she has to problem solve and think quickly on her feet continues to impress me. Last but certainly not least is Bethany! She joined us a couple years ago as a day of assistant and is now our newest associate planner! The experience she has had in the industry so far and her skills to lead a team will blow you away! Both Sabrina and Bethany are there as a back up to myself and lead all events for our partial couples. It’s always nice to know that you have several people supporting you on a planning team. I am incredibly biased, but these women are amazing, and I would trust them 100% with any event.
