There has been countless times where we were asked to help last minute because clients didn’t anticipate that it takes a lot of time and effort to complete all the moving pieces of an event. Sometimes we can but out priority is to complete the work that client hired us to do! To avoid this, make a list of all things that need to be done and recruit people to help out.

Ha habido muchas veces en donde los clientes nos piden que les ayudemos de último minuto por que no estimaron bien el tiempo que se lleva coordinar cada parte que conlleva un evento. Aveces podemos ayudar, pero nuestra prioridad es terminar el trabajo por el que se nos contrató! Así que para evitar esas situaciones, haz una lista con todas las cosas que se necesitan hacer y recluta a personas que te puedan ayudar.
