Talk about meant to be! Lori first met Liezet, the owner, heart and soul of Bloem Decor, in the 90s during a very busy Valentine’s Day. They reconnected earlier this year and Lori joined Team Bloem. Full circle moment!

Lori’s been finding her “happy place” (a.k.a. playing with flowers) ever since. When Lori recalled her first working experience with Liezet, she shared how inspired she was by Liezet’s creativity. One of her favorite things about her new career is seeing the reaction on the face of someone when you hand them flowers and it brightens their day.

In her down time, gardening is one of her passions and she loves sharing the fruits of her labor while relaxing with family and friends. She finds joy in creating, producing and sharing creativity through floral arrangements while “having fun along the way so that our work and lives are impactful. It’s not about us, it’s about the outpouring of love for others.”

We’re so lucky to have Lori on our team so she can work her floral magic to put smiles on faces! Stop by to meet Lori and the rest of Team Bloem for your next special occasion.

These events have included fundraiser dinners, annual dinners for the Sacramento Metro Chamber, award dinners for the Kaiser Foundation, and numerous weddings, just to name a few. We’ve also had the honor of decorating holiday brunches, the lobby, special dinners and VIP guests at the hotel.

Celebrating our Capital — America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital — is easy because we’re surrounded by a year-round growing season in the Sacramento region. Sacramento is the source of farm-fresh food that has contributed to the incredible culinary explosion in our city.
