Started in Sacramento, CA the summer of 2015 I started cooking and preparing meals for friends and family who wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. I started with a 30 Day Paleo challenge that was so popular I decided to continue meals mostly based around the paleo diet and I took on many more clients. Currently I am still cooking out of my home but am no expanding my business to accommodate the new popularity and high demand. I look forward to serving a greater area soon as I grow my business.

Hello my friends I’m super excited to let you know that I’m gonna be doing the NCAC ride again this year with my team being Golden Rule Services, which is the organization that I work for and by you sponsoring me or donating to my bike ride in the link below you’re helping me to continue my job and to help those that are in need of testing of treatment housing and all the stuff that people go through in this community. Thursday night at Elk Grove Aquatic center from 5-8 come say hi and have some yummy food. Will be serving tacos, Mexican fusion food, and some tamales made out of Indian and Italian and potatoes.
