✨WEDDING VENDORS✨
Your vendor team is arguably the most important part of wedding planning, and has the most to do with the success of your big day.
Your vendor team is like a sports team: each vendor has their specialities, and they work together to support the outcome of the event.
A professional vendor team will also be able to problem solve, shift, and be flexible if needed.
At Vizcaya, we have a list of professional wedding vendors that we share with our couples when they book. We have worked countless events with these vendors, and trust them to take care of our couples & execute a successful event.
With any vendor comes liability. At Vizcaya, we require ALL vendors working on property on your event day to carry liability insurance & list Vizcaya as additionally insured for the day. This document covers our couples from being liable for any injury or damages that occur (where the vendor is at-fault) while they are on Vizcaya property.
All of Vizcaya’s preferred vendors meet this requirement, and have their documents already on file with us. Any vendor hired outside of our preferred list will need to provide the proper insurance to us prior to the event date.
