A special Spanish themed catering featuring tapas & chicken, chorizo, & seafood paella. 😋

Tapas included patas bravas (spicy potatoes) with creamy dipping sauce, garlic mushrooms, chicken empanadas with chimichuri, & pan con tomate (bread with tomato) with machego cheese.

It was such a great theme & was excited to see it all come together.

Make your own Burrito Bar for an employee appreciation luncheon! We made sure we had all the yummy fixings like fresh salsas, quacamole, sour cream, cheese, and cilantro & onions. The shredded beef was simmered for hours and super tender. 👌
