•Build timeline for entire Wedding Day
•Review all rental orders and confirm vendor arrivals
•Provide Wedding Party and Family with Schedules for Wedding Day and related events
•Assistance to the Couple, Attendants, Families, Guests and Vendors
•Attend Final Venue Walk Through Two Weeks Prior to Wedding Day
•Serve as Day of Contact and Liaison between family, wedding party and vendors
•Full Wedding Day Coordination up to 9 hours, arriving 3-4 hours prior to ceremony
•Ensure correct placement of place cards, wedding favors, programs, etc.
•Help distribute materials to guests; programs, parking permits
•Receive and pin boutonnieres and corsages
•Properly place and collect any personal items; Wedding Cake Topper, Cake Knife, Champagne Flutes
•Processional Direction for Wedding Party

Much planning and organizing goes on before the Wedding Day to ensure everything will run properly. After the first consultation an additional two in person consultations of three hours each are provided with the couple before your Wedding Day to confirm and alter your choosen details. Pre ~ Wedding Inclusions
After the first consultation an additional five in person consultations of three hours each are provided with the couple. We will use this time before your Wedding Day to create your vision and iron out the details. Up to two hours of Rehearsal Instruction and direction will also be provided.
