Markesa & Matt - November 29th, 2014
10 years ago today, I did my very first wedding with Markesa & Matt. I can remember that I was very nervous and there was a lot of anxiety. I had one camera at the time and one piece of audio equipment.And that was it. But I can look back as this was the wedding that started it all. And throughout the 10 years I have been doing videography, I have so many stories of comedic groomsmen antics, unique things that happened at weddings, and to some of my couples loosing their love of a lifetime. It was my honor to have captured all their precious memories of the best day of their lives. So here is my very first wedding film. I think I have improved since... at least I hope so. Here is to another 10 years.
Last weekend, we were honored to be this couple's videographer. There day as an absolute dream of warm fall weather and the location was so beautiful. And this was our last wedding for the 2024 season. We look forward to all the new couples we have in 2025. So congratulations Rachel and Ian, may you have a lifetime of love and happiness together.

Oh, this wedding is definitely for the books. Had moments of rain showers, sometimes hard, sometimes light. But that did not stop them from having the best day ever. And to end the evening, they ended up with the most gorgeous sunset and rainbow, which definitely was given to them by God, just like the love these two share with each other. Every once in a while, we get to document a gorgeous wedding on Mackinac Island. And this past Friday was no exception. This bride is the sister of one of my past brides.
