My goal is to provide of valuable service for our children, one that’s professional,
teaches our children a good quality of dance and encourages self-esteem, and
help children develop a love of appreciation for the art of dance and praise,
Platinum Creations Performing Arts Studio provides dance classes to children of all
ages which are divided in three different groups which include elementary
, middle
and high school students. The organization focuses on students that attend schools
which hold low academic performance indexes. The program provides a unique
opportunity for students’grades pre k-12 to be a part of a fun, energetic and
positive group within their city. The goal is to provide dance classes to students
who might otherwise not have the opportunity, and an extra-curricular program to
enjoy what they do most and love doing but put into a unique mature style. The students choose between various dance instruction possibilities including, but
not limited to: Ballet, Tap, Praise, Mime, Hip Hop, and Jazz Dance Classes. They attend Platinum Creation Performing Arts Studio, 1- 3 times per week, where
they improve self confidence, coordination, respect for themselves and others, and
interaction (partner dance dynamic). The program promotes physical exercise and
provides these young people a positive and safe after school option. The students
learn basic dance concepts, praise, work on choreography, and help coordinate
costumes. At the end of each term, approximately 8-10 weeks, Platinum Creation
holds an intramural dance showcase where the students show-off what they have
learned to their peers, teachers, families, and the community.Platinum Creation
