Originally opened on July 28, 1927, the Temple Theatre is Saginaw’s premiere venue for the performing arts, music, dance, live events, and cinema. After being completely renovated in 2002, the 1,750-seat theatre features an intricately detailed interior that captures the essence of the original Neo-Classic design. Legendary performers, contemporary stars, and famous performing groups grace the stage of our region’s most historic theatre.

We're pretty sure there are going to be sugar plums dancing in a lot of heads tonight. One of the best parts of The Nutcracker performance tonight will be the youth dancers who have been practicing diligently for the past several months. The youth from across the region are part of the 'We Dance' program which gives them the opportunity to perform with the professional troup. It is an experience they will not forget!

The Temple Theater Organ Club is the dedicated group behind the care and preservation of the iconic Barton 311 Organ, affectionately known as the "Golden Voice" of the Temple Theater. Installed during the theater's construction in 1927, this historic organ has been lovingly maintained by the club, ensuring its legacy resonates throughout the theater's storied history.
