The 4AIR Project is hosting it's 1st 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 in Hollis.

The mission of the Summer Wellness Series is to increase the youths’ knowledge about mental health and wellness in an interactive creative way.

All workshops align with the 8 Dimensions of wellness. The 8 Dimensions of Wellness is a combination of 8 dimensions that helps to have a holistic and balance life. If one of the dimensions is neglected or there is an imbalance it can impact the quality of life for the person and their mental health.

To bring the vision together, the 4AIR Project has collaborated with many community organizations to create a healthy space for youth, while educating youth to understand signs and symptoms of negative emotions and teach basic coping skills.
