Growing up around the family catering business I found it fascinating how my grandmother would build lasting relationships with local vendors just by using their services and referring her friends and customers. Through word of mouth her business grew. And so the idea was formed to create Entre Nous. Entre Nous [ahn-truh noo] is French for between ourselves; in confidence. Entre Nous Events was d

eveloped with the idea of connecting customers with local vendors from caterers, venues, photographers, beauticians and much more who come highly recommended or we ourselves have used for all occasions and budgets in mind. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Therefore we only work with vendors that will provide quality services. As a result, a high percentage of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Whether it be an engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding, baby shower, christening/baptism, communion, bar/bat mitzvah, birthday party, quinceñera, sweet sixteen, graduation, brunches, luncheons, office/corporate events, holiday celebrations, anniversaries...Entre Nous will work with you. Join us for a night of music as we "Ring the Bells Again!"A Christmas Concert & Lighting Ceremony.

It's like Carneige Hall in the Heart of Rosedale.
Experience music of Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, Gospel, Contemporary, and Parang. Feel the joys of the season through sight and sound. Led by Artistic Director, Michael Zephyrine the St. Clare Adult Mass & Youth Choirs, St. Peter's Episcopal Mass Choir, Renaissance Steel Chamber Ensemble, Special Guests: Faye Alibocus-Saladino, Fr. Anthony Rosado, Ludwine Joseph, and String Chamber Orchestra.

Tickets are $30 for Adults $10 for children 12 and under.

Sat. July 16th after 5pm Mass & Sun. July 17th After each Mass 8:30am, 10:30am, & 12:30pm 137-35 Brookville Blvd, Rosedale NY 11422.

Pick up a cool refreshing beverage of Lemonade, Ice Tea, Iced Coffee, or Water and some tasty Homemade Haitian Patties- Chicken, Beef, Salt Fish & Herring.

Have a bit grown up fun with cocktail which is sure to tickle your taste buds. Hocus Pocus Fizz. For this cocktail I will be using Suavé California Wiz Sparkling White Wine. This wine displays citrus blossom, pear, peach and apple on the nose and the aromas are heightened by the carbonation. There is a hint of vanilla in the finish. This will bring out the flavors and add the fizz.

Note:
For those who don't like the Sparkling Wine add our Table white and decorative the rim of glass with salted carmel rock candy and volá

Servings: 6

Ingredients
1 Chilled bottle of sparkling wine
1 Cup(s) Pineapple juice
1/2 Cup(s) White rum or white wine
1/4 Teaspoon(s) McCormick® Coconut Extract
3 Drops McCormick® Red Food Color
2 Drops McCormick® Yellow Food Color
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except sparkling wine and chill well.

2. Pour 2 ounces of the mixture into each glass.

3. Top with 4 ounces of sparkling wine.

4. Optional: To rim glasses with black sugar, combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract and 15 drops McCormick® Black Food Color. Moisten rims of glasses in water and dip into sugar mixture to coat.

Recipe #2 Smashing Pumpkins
I will be making this cocktail with a really good Table White. This wine has a beautiful pale straw color with aromas of citrus blossom, pear, peach and apple. There are also hints of custard and vanilla which pairs well the pumpkin flavor. Follow the recipe and you will be in for a treat.

Servings: 6

Ingredients
1 Bottle of white wine
3 Cup(s) Apple cider
1 Cup(s) Pumpkin spice liqueur
1/2 Cup(s) Whiskey or cinnamon whiskey (if you dare!)
3 Tablespoon(s) Maple syrup or brown sugar, to taste
1 Teaspoon(s) Pumpkin pie spice
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together and chill well.

2. Before serving, stir again or shake individual portions in a cocktail shaker.

3. Serve in chilled glasses or over ice.
