March 17: Barley Republic on Spanish Street in St. Augustine's historic district is open from 11 AM-2 AM, live music all day by the St. Augustine Bag Pipe Band and local musicians. A special St. Patrick's Day menu, cocktails, shots and shooters.

March 18: The flower field and veggies are available for u-pick from 9 AM to noon at Wesley Wells Farms, 2680 Ada Arnold Road, St. Augustine. In the garden, harvest from cabbage, Bok choy, kale, arugula, Swiss chard, lettuce, spinach, and more. In the raised garden beds, lots of herbs, spinach, and collards are ready to harvest. ๐ Minorcan Heritage Month Talk at Ximenez-Fatio House Museum
March 18: The Minorcan Experience celebrates Minorcan Heritage Month at the Ximenez-Fatio House Museum at 2 p.m. Saturday, March18. Hear the story of Ryan Brennanโs recent 3-day walk from New Smyrna to St. Augustine โ the same walk taken in 1777 by Minorcan, Greek and Italian indentured settlers. Admission is free.
๐ Dance Alive National Ballet hosted by EMMA Concert Association
March 18: Dance Alive National Ballet is presented by EMMA Concert Association on March 18 at 7:30 p.m. in Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College in beautiful St. Augustine, Florida. A romantic mixed repertoire inspired by the โSonnets from the Portugueseโ by Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Dance Alive National Ballet features an international roster of award-winning dancers, performing classic to contemporary ballet. ๐ Founder's Day at Fort Mose Historic State Park
March 18: Reenactments of the founding of Gracia Real de Santa Teresa de Mose, complete with cannon firings, militia muster, and the women of Mose will be held on Saturday March 18, in celebration of the Fort Mose Historical Society. The program begins with the opening ceremony at 10 a.m., with a welcome by Charles Ellis, President of the Historical Society. This will be followed by reenactments, weapons demonstrations and interactive outdoor displays of life at the Fort in 1738. Historic State Park is located at 15 Fort Mose Trail, St. Augustine. Admission is free to the public.

March 17-19: Limelight Theatre stages The Diviners, a play about a disturbed young man and his friendship with a disenchanted preacher in southern Indiana in the early 1930s. When the boy was young he almost drowned. This trauma, and the loss of his mother in the same accident, has left him deathly afraid of water. When the preacher finally gets the boy in the river to wash him, the townspeople mistake the scene for a baptism. What unfolds is a harrowing event that rocks the town forever. Fort Mose Historic State Park is a 40-acre waterfront historic site located at 15 Fort Mose Trail, off U.S. 1 North in St. Augustine. Fort Mose Historic State Park is the site of the first legally sanctioned free African settlement in what is now the United States. In 1738, the Spanish governor of Florida chartered the settlement of Gracia Real de Santa Teresa de Mose, or Fort Mose for short, as a settlement for those fleeing slavery from the English colonies in the Carolinas.
