We smoke Texas style BBQ in North East Florida I was born in Houston, TX and raised just south of Austin, in a little town that is known worldwide for it's BBQ.

As far back as I can remember, whenever family and friends would get together, there was always BBQ. Not hamburgers and hotdogs, but Brisket and Sausage, cooked for long hours over hardwoods ( usually post oak ). I am on a mission to replicate the BBQ taste that I have grown to love so much and everyday we cook we get closer and closer to that goal! I have a ton of love and passion for what I do,

because like anything else thats good, BBQ takes time,know how, and patience.There are too many people cooking what they call "BBQ" and riding the coat tails of something that was once (and in some places still is) a sought after and respected tradition. So, if you wanna try BBQ the way it was meant to be cooked, then come and try County Road Provisions, we will make you think twice about what good BBQ is!
