Instructor Zoah is back today to teach Advanced Yoga at 4:30pm and Pilates at 5:45pm. These classes are every Thursday night and open to members and non-members. Have you tried Zumba Gold on Wednesday's with Instructor Nickie? Zumba Gold is a seated fitness class that does not require dance experience. It only requires a desire to have fun and get a great workout! You can modify the moves to your comfort level. This class is open to members and non-members. $10 drop-in rate per class or buy a package to save $$.
